Timeline Overview
The system will display the main screen with the following items, which will be described below:

Figure 1: Shows the selected period in days, and can be filtered to show the accumulated amount until the end of the year.

Figure 2: The filter allows you to select the action you want to analyze, being able to filter by one of the phases of that action, or any other phase, regardless of the action, in addition to allowing you to filter by a specific segment.

Figure 3: Shows the total cost of Cloud in the selected period according to the provider billing.

Figure 4: Shows the savings made according to the actions and phases that were registered and completed.

By clicking on the "" icon, the system will display a brief explanation of the information presented.

Figure 5: Shows the potential savings according to the actions and phases that have been registered and have not yet been completed, showing the potential savings within these registered phases.

Figure 6: Shows the estimated savings according to the actions and phases that were registered and completed, showing the savings potential within the estimated time until the end of the period that these registered phases will impact.

The actions tab is where the user registers actions and also displays information about which actions were registered.
The phases tab is where the user registers the phases of each action and also displays information about which phases were registered.

Figure 8: In the graph below, we have the realized savings value shown by the green area (identified as “savings” in the image), while in the blue area we have the estimated savings and in the red area it shows the savings potential (identified as “potential” in the image) that was registered in the tool, so the user will always have a view of what has not yet been implemented, enabling new actions during the period.
