Add the Phases

Step 1: In the Phases tab, click to register;

The system will display the screen to register a new phase:

• Name Field: The user registers the name that will be used to identify this phase of the action that is being registered.

• Status Field: The user can select whether the phase is still pending, which shows that it has not yet been implemented, or if it is completed, where, through the implementation date, the values ​​of savings made and no longer potential savings will be shown, when we look at the graph.

• These fields are decisive for the information that will appear in the graph:

  • Starts at: field indicates when the phase was registered. Automatically, from this date onwards, the action and the saving potential start to be displayed on the graph.

  • Ended on (optional): this field must indicate until when that particular phase/action will bring savings impacts to the company. In other words, if the date is 12/31/2024, this indicates that the saving action will only result in savings until the year 2024 and will not be taken into account as savings for the year 2025. This field is optional; if it is not filled in, it will take into account savings for an indefinite period.

  • Implemented on: field indicates when the phase was executed. From this date onwards, the potential savings value is reflected directly on the timeline as an effective savings.

• Economy Field: The user informs the monthly amount in USD with TAX that is being estimated for this new phase.

• Action Field: Displays the actions that were previously registered, linking the phases to one of the selected pillars.

• Workspace field: If there is any studies being done through Workspaces in Lighthouse, it is possible to enter them together with the registration, as a source of information about this phase.

• Segment field: Allows to segment by specific information, such as: area, cost center, etc.

• Description Field: Allows to add additional information.

Done, now your actions and phases have been registered and it will be possible to view everything in the graph available in the initial Overview.
