Our FinOps maturity monitoring product. It shows your company’s progress and also identifies areas for prioritizing efforts. Built on the FinOps Foundation framework.
It allows you to assess maturity (with the 'Crawl, Walk and Run' concept) and monitor the evolution of the FinOps journey.
With it, it is possible to map the progress of the FinOps journey at each stage of the FinOps Foundation framework, facilitating the identification of areas that require more attention and the prioritization of efforts according to defined objectives. Enabling the definition of an action plan to achieve these objectives.

Each domain addresses a distinct aspect of the FinOps process and contributes to the structuring and organization of activities and processes.

Lenses:
Lenses are perspectives that help analyze, understand, and manage each capabilities. Lenses bring a comprehensive, specific, and strategic view to the FinOps maturity model.
The assessment lenses for each capabilities are:
Knowledge Lens: helps in the general understanding of cloud services and their costs.
Metrics Lens: essential for measuring and monitoring cloud usage and costs.
Process Lens: focuses on creating and improving processes and having more governance
Automation Lens: assessing the automation of practice tasks
Adoption Lens: focuses on assessing the adoption of the capability within the organization
Using the lens within capabilities, it is possible to understand in depth how maturity is and which points of attention should be prioritized.

Before starting:
To conduct the analyses effectively, the Journey must first be configured according to the company's particularities. Subsequently, the Assessment must be completed to evaluate the organization's current score. In addition, it is necessary to define the Actions to be implemented within their respective capabilities, with the aim of achieving the established goal.
