Notifications
What is the Notification functionality:
A solution developed by Pier Cloud that allows the creation of notification groups to be used in integration with certain platform features, such as alarms and anomalies, enabling notifications to be sent to all providers registered in the group.
How to use the Notification functionality:
- Click on the user profile, then select “Settings”, as illustrated below: 

- The system will display the side menu with several configuration options. Select “Notifications”. 

- On the main screen, the system allows you to view the registered Notification Groups and add new ones by clicking the “Add” button. 

- The system will present the screen to register a new Notification Group, where you must enter the group name: 

Clicking “Save” will store the group and return you to the main screen, where the newly created group will be visible.
The system also allows several actions for each registered group:

- Status: Clicking the icon "  " allows you to activate or deactivate the registered group. " allows you to activate or deactivate the registered group.
- Remove: Clicking the icon "  " allows you to remove the registered group. " allows you to remove the registered group.
The system will display a confirmation message.

By marking the selection box, the Confirm button will be enabled to complete the action and return to the main screen.
- Edit: Clicking the icon "  " will open the editing screen, allowing you to modify the group name. " will open the editing screen, allowing you to modify the group name.

- Providers: Clicking the icon "  " allows you to view registered provider groups and add new ones. " allows you to view registered provider groups and add new ones.

Registering a New Provider
The system will present a screen requesting the following information:
- Select type: Specify the provider or communication method for sending the notification from the available options: - Email: Used to send notifications via the registered email(s). 
- Slack: Used to send notifications through the registered channel or user. 
- Teams: Used to send notifications through the registered channel. 
- Jira: Used to send notifications by creating a card in the registered project. 
- Webhook: Used to send notifications via an endpoint to the integrated service. 
 
- Name: Provide a name that identifies the provider group. 
- Settings: For each selected provider type, the system will request the completion of additional configuration fields. For full documentation on these fields and integration with the platform, click here. 

Clicking “Save” will store the data and return you to the main screen, where the registered provider will be displayed within the notification group.

Actions for Each Provider
The system allows several actions for each existing provider:

- Status: Clicking the icon "  " allows you to activate or deactivate the provider status. " allows you to activate or deactivate the provider status.
- Remove: Clicking the icon "  " allows you to remove the registered provider. " allows you to remove the registered provider.
The system will display a confirmation message.

Marking the selection box enables the Confirm button to complete the action and return to the main screen.
- Edit: Clicking the icon "  " opens the editing screen, allowing you to modify the name and configuration settings. " opens the editing screen, allowing you to modify the name and configuration settings.
