Businesses
What is the Businesses feature:
A feature developed by Pier Cloud that allows you to view registered companies, as well as edit, add new companies and segment areas.
How to use the Businesses feature:
- Clicking on the user profile, in the “Settings” option, as illustrated below: 

- The system will display the side menu with some configuration options, where the “Businesses” option must be selected: 

- On the main screen, the system allows you to view registered companies and add new companies by clicking the "Add" button: 

- The screen for registering new companies will be displayed, where you will need to enter the following information: 
- Business name: Provide the name of the company you wish to register 
- Business address: Enter the company's business address, optionally 
- Provider: Select the provider you want to use 
- Business document type: Select the type of document that will be provided, by default we use CNPJ 
- Business document number: Enter the document number 

After entering the necessary information, clicking on the "Save" button, the data will be stored and the system will return to the main company screen.
- By clicking the arrow next to the Add button, the system will display two options: 

- Load data from CSV: When selecting this option, the system will display a screen to choose the CSV file, allowing you to drag and drop it or simply select it from the source directory. 

- Fill data in the form: When selecting this option, the system will display a screen with the following fields to be completed, allowing you to register the Company Split: - Business name 
- Provider 
- Organization 
- Accounts 
- Currency 
- Emails 
 

- Check imports status: When clicking the option to check the status, the system will display a screen containing the imports performed, the status of each one, the person responsible for the creation, and the error message (if any). It is also possible to apply filters by a specific status. 

- Filters: 
On the main screen, the system allows you to apply some search filters:
- Name: It is possible to search by the name of the company you want to view 
- Status: In addition to searching by company status, which are: All, Active and Inactive. 

- Actions: 
The system also allows you to perform some actions for each registered company:

- Activate / Deactivate: By clicking on the "  " icon, you can activate or deactivate the registered company. " icon, you can activate or deactivate the registered company.
- Context: By clicking the "  " icon, the system will display a new screen allowing you to create the Context to enable the configuration of the Billings. " icon, the system will display a new screen allowing you to create the Context to enable the configuration of the Billings.

- Company Split: By clicking the "  " icon, the system will display a new screen allowing you to perform the company split. " icon, the system will display a new screen allowing you to perform the company split.

- Edit: The system will open the editing screen, allowing you to change information such as: - Company name 
- Business address 
- Company document type 
- Document number 
 

- Delete: By clicking on delete, a confirmation screen will be displayed. 

By checking the checkbox, the button to complete the action and return to the main screen will be enabled.
