Workspace Group

The Workspace Group aims to bring together workspaces, allowing the user to centralize a set of dashboards in a single location, working in a similar way to the concept of folders.

In this way, we allow the user to organize and group workspaces according to different themes or segmentations.

Before starting:

First of all, it is very important to emphasize that the user must have an organization strategy in mind to ensure that they can structure the workspaces in a way that avoids location problems in the future.

Step-by-step execution:

Step 1: In Lighthouse, access the Workspace module:

Step 2: in the top right corner click on “New”;

Step 3: Click on “New Workspace group”;

Step 4: Select the workspace group name and choose the workspaces you want to include in it. Additionally, you can also provide a brief description about the group;

Step 5: Click “OK”.

That’s it! The workspace group has been created. Now, it is possible to see the group on the “Workspaces” feature home screen.
