Create your Private Workspace
The purpose of the workspace is to gather information from the entire cloud environment, allowing the user to centralize in a dashboard all the information that is necessary for those responsible to act with best practices in each workload of their company, being important to determine who should have access to crucial information.
In this way, we provide users with a way to make Workspaces private instead of leaving them public, that is, exposing them without any restrictions with data that may be sensitive for different business areas.
Before Starting:
First of all, it is very important to emphasize that the users to whom the Workspaces that will be created in the future will be assigned must be clearly defined.
Step-by-step execution:
Step 1: In Lighthouse, access the Workspace module:

Step 2: in the top right corner click on “New”;

Step 3: In “New workspace” it is necessary to click on the button and enable it to be private, now it is possible to enter the name of the user who will have access to the Workspace, as in the example below:

Step 4: Click “OK”.
That’s it! The private workspace has been created. You will see it on the “Workspaces” home screen. To identify whether the workspace is “Public” or “Private”, you will see a padlock that says “Private”, as shown in the figure below.
