Organizational Map
The Organizational Map is one of the Lighthouse features used to manage cloud costs and budget control for the company. It is a form of internal organization for managing cloud costs.
Use the Organizational Map to describe how the company is organized internally, whether by department, function, role or products, and how cloud costs are allocated. This will be useful for creating correct showback views for use by teams.
Before starting:
Before you start configuring allocation rules, you need to map the departments or cost centers that consume cloud services and resources and the cost identifiers, for example, tags, subscriptions, service types, and/or instance names.

Step by step execution:
In Chargeback, access the Organizational Map functionality;

The system will display the main Organizational Map screen containing 3 tabs and a filter by competence:
Chart
Rules
Boosts Fields

By clicking on the period, the system will display the calendar with the months of the year, allowing you to select the month of competence you wish to work in:

When selecting the desired month, the system will reload the screen with the updated information.
