Advanced Chargeback
Lighthouse functionality that allows you to build advanced Chargebacks for tools connected to the platform.
Step by step execution:
Create and Manage Advanced Chargeback
Step 1: Go to Chargeback and select the Advanced Chargeback feature from the side menu:

The system will open to the Advanced Chargeback main screen.
Step 2: Click "+ Add"

The system will open on the screen to register a new Advanced Chargeback
Step 3: Enter the Properties data
Will be necessary to inform the data relating to the Chargeback properties:
Name: Inform a name for the Advanced Chargeback
Billing connector: The system will automatically fill with the selected billing information, and it is not possible to edit it.
Observability connector: Select one of the available options in the field.

Step 4: Enter Billing data
By clicking on the next button, the system will advance to the Billing screen, where it is possible to add the following data:
Cost field: Select the field that will be used in the calculation
Rule: Informe the rule that will be used from the Organizational Map

Step 5: Enter Observability data
When you click the next button, the system will advance to the Observability screen, where it is possible to add the following data:
Grouping field: Select the field that will be used to group the resources.
Additional fields: Select the fields that will be added to the final table.
Filters: Inform the desired filter options
Metrics: Select the field and enter the percentage that will be assigned to it for calculation purposes. More than one metric can be added.
Metrics: Select the field and enter the percentage that will be assigned to it to make the calculation, and more than one metric can be added.

Step 6: Enter Partition data
When you click the next button, the system will advance to the Partition screen, where it is possible to add the following data:
Billing partition: Select the billing field that will be used to make the comparison.
Source partition: Select the field that will be used in the observability to compare with the billing.

In this part, the system will match billing with observability, where the Resource ID is usually used. This way, it identifies in billing how much the Resource ID was spent and checks the same ID in observability to make the distribution and obtain more accurate information.
When filling in the Billing Partition and Source Partition data, the system will inform how many matched in the billing, how many were found in the source and how many did not match.

Finally, by clicking Save, it is possible to view the Advanced Chargeback created on the main screen:
