Access to the platform.

It is possible to access the platform in two different ways:

• One option would be through email and password access, in this case, access is granted by an internal area of ​​the company, usually the security teams. An email from Pier is sent to users with a temporary password that must be changed after the first login.

• Another option would be via Single Sign On (SSO), which allows you to connect by integrating with any access platform in an automated way, such as: Microsoft, Google or Jump Cloud. In this case, a corporate email may be necessary or not , depending on the company's access structure. In addition, it is also possible to configure access segmentation based on the profile existing in the organization's hierarchical structure, making it possible to create groups of access profiles so that users only have access to the necessary data through the configured hierarchy.
