Score

The scoring can be observed through the Journey and also through FinOps capability.

Score by journey

The system will display the following scoring information:

• Score: This is the sum of the averages calculated for each capability within the journey.

• Target Score: This is the average score of the capabilities, informed at the time of configuring the Journey.

• Score (D-30 Variation): This is the variation of the score of the current period (last 30 days) in relation to the previous period (30 days prior to the current period).

• Progress: This is the percentage of progress in relation to the Target Score.

Score by capability

• Score: This is the total of the lenses within a capability. The highest score per lens within the capability is considered.

• Target Score: This is the score defined in the capability configuration within the journey.

• Score (D-30 Variation): This refers to the variation in the score between the current period (last 30 days) and the previous period (30 days prior to the current period).

Progress

It is the percentage of progress in relation to the target score displayed in the graph on the capability tab.
