Applications
Application Overview
Applications is the normalization of pods, deployments, jobs, daemonsets and statefulsets labels. This graph shows applications with the highest allocated and used costs in K8s. The allocated cost is calculated based on CPU and Memory Request, while the utilized cost is calculated based on CPU and Memory Usage.

By hovering the mouse over the bar representing the application, the system will display an overview of the values relating to the application.
By clicking on the "View more information Application" option, the system will display the Cost Details by Application screen.

By clicking on the Filters icon, as shown below:

The system will display all label options collected from the observability platform, allowing you to apply the desired filter field to the application:

When selecting the desired field, you will be able to provide more information about the filter field, such as:
Enable the negative expressions option if you want to work with a result different from the one reported.
Is greater than: In this case, the reference value must be informed so that the system returns the largest options.
Is less than: In this case, the reference value must be informed so that the system returns the smallest options.
Is greater than or equal to: In this case, the reference value must be informed so that the system returns options greater than or equal to it.
Is less than or equal to: In this case, the reference value must be informed so that the system returns options that are less than or equal to it.

Finally, by clicking the Save button, the system will display the added filter:

By clicking on the Metrics option, the system allows you to select the metrics options you want to view in the report:

Below, you can view the report and, by clicking on the Cluster, corresponding to the desired application:

The system will display the Details by Application screen, where you can have full visibility of everything that is happening in the application and where there is an opportunity to reduce costs.
The system allows you to filter by a specific application container by clicking on the highlighted field:

The system will present the available Container options, if the application has more than one, allowing you to compare and evaluate the Container that has the highest cost and the highest usage in each of them:

In addition to presenting some information regarding the application:
Resource Information:
Cluster Name

Namespace
Application Kind

Allocated Cost
Total Cost Used (CPU and Memory)
Network Usage Cost:
In addition to a graph of "CPU and Memory Used vs. Allocated Cost".

Further on, we will present more detailed information about:
